We know we’re not the cheapest conveyancing firm in the North East and it’s possible you may have had negative experiences with lower cost Conveyancers, who take on too much work to compensate for cheaper fees, resulting in poor communication and delays that affect target completion dates and potentially reflecting poorly on your firm.
