Unfortunately, our quote system (which we buy in from a 3rd party) does not have the ability to identify select 'auction properties'. 
​We are working with our Quote system provider to improve their system.

We always intend to give the best possible customer service, and because we cannot guarantee the very tight deadline involved in auction properties, we are not able to take them on at the moment unless agreed with us in advance.
