Please read the information on the PDF which explains details we are legally required to obtain from you if the purchase of a property involves any of the following:

- Sale of another property
- Gifted deposits
- Inheritance
- Release of Pension
- Sale of shares or stock
- Dividends from a UK company
- Compensation award
- Cash
Additionally, we have to ask other questions about the proposed source and flow of funds from you. We may also need to ask other questions to satisfy ourselves that there is no suspicion of money laundering and that you, as the client and we, as your advisers, are not becoming involved in any money laundering offence.
Unless you have made a prior arrangement with us, and where you are proposing to directly transmit funds to us, you must obtain our consent before doing so and this consent may sometimes be required in writing.

non-uk BASED buyers, SELLERS or
FUNDS FROM ABROAD
Unfortunately, we are not unable to act in certain situations where any of the buyers are not officially classed as UK residents, or the funds to purchase the property are from abroad.
