- Reduce variation at all stages of the process.
- Identify the root cause of issues.
- Error / mistake proof data entry.
This Total Quality Management (TQM) management philosophy has resulted in a higher quality, consistent client service with happier staff and a lower PII risk for insurers.
These includes application of the following approaches:
- Process Mapping the conveyancing processes to understand the flow and identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Converting the process maps into a task based Case Management System.
- Applying Kanban WIP Limits to regulate instruction levels within defined maximum and minimum thresholds for the firm as a whole and on a per Fee Earner basis, with a low overall WIP to maintain balanced manageable workloads.
- Applying the Theory of Constraints where we focus on systematically identifying and removing backlogs and bottlenecks, which enhances our ability to consistently meet client expectations.
- Applying Root Cause Analysis techniques to problem solve at both an organisational level and operational conveyancing matter level.

The Management Team consists of two co-owners whose blend of knowledge and skills knit together to place us in a great position to achieve our vision.
