HAVING PROBLEMS RECEIVING OUR EMAILS?
With unsolicited and unwanted email becoming a larger problem, email services have made their spam filters more stringent. Unfortunately, these tougher guidelines for filtering can cause legitimate emails to be mistaken as spam.
You will need to make a change to the settings on your email acccount, to help unblock any emails that we send.
We are unable to make this change for you, but we have outlined a step-by-step process to help you do this.

Please follow the steps below, which will add our email addresses to your list of approved email addresses.
- Open your Hotmail account and go to Settings (or More Mail settings)
- Click “Options” (upper right hand corner).
- Under the “Junk E-Mail” section, you’ll see “Safe Senders” or “Safe and Blocked” senders.
- Click the “Safe Senders” link.
- Enter @dpconveyancing.co.uk into the box.
- Click the “Add” or “Add to list” button
